Cancellation Policy

FORGE & BARREL FIREARMS TRAINING CLASS REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION POLICY By registering for a training class with Forge & Barrel Firearms, students acknowledge and agree to the following policies and requirements. PAYMENT, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS **ALL CLASS PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.** Deposits and payments may be transferred as a credit toward a future eligible class, provided the student complies with the cancellation requirements below. A request to cancel or reschedule must be received **at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start of the class**. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class, or failure to attend a scheduled class without proper notice, will result in **forfeiture of the student's deposit.** No refund or credit will be issued for a no-show. IDENTIFICATION & REQUIRED DOCUMENTS All students must present **valid government-issued photo identification** when attending class. Students are also required to complete and sign all applicable **liability waivers, acknowledgments, and training documents** required by Forge & Barrel Firearms before participating in any classroom, firearm-handling, or live-fire portion of the course. Failure or refusal to provide required identification or complete required documentation may result in the student being unable to participate. REQUIRED ATTIRE For the safety of all students and instructors, proper attire is mandatory for any class involving firearm handling or live-fire training. Students must wear: * Jeans or similar full-length pants with **belt loops** * A properly fitted **belt** * Sneakers, boots, or other appropriate **closed-toe footwear** The following are **NOT permitted:** * Shorts * Sweatpants or similar pants without appropriate belt loops * Open-toe shoes, sandals, or flip-flops Students arriving without appropriate clothing or footwear may not be permitted to participate in the firearm-handling or live-fire portion of the course. This will not entitle the student to a refund. ATTENDANCE & RESPONSIBILITY Students are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled class. Late arrival may prevent participation in portions of the course when attendance or instructional requirements cannot be made up.
